About us
The Festival
Churches of Steel festival is dedicated to the all-round old school, melodic heavy metal & rock n' roll music from around the world!
Held annually in the city of churches Adelaide, South Australia, we aim to emulate the many famous European open air summer festival vibes with our outdoor staging and local stall setups to promote Adelaide businesses.
In 2024, we will be holding our seventh festival at the Adelaide Uni Bar! This will be our third year that we've held our festival in the cloisters of Adelaide University, being previously held at venues such as The Producers Bar, The Ed Castle, the Duke of Yorke Hotel and Big Shed Brewery's Westside Massive in Royal park.
We're looking forward to showcasing some of the world's finest musicians to our Adelaide metalheads! 🤘
